• Cancellation must be made in writing to the landlord.
• Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date. If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, the full rental price will be charged.
• In case of no-show on the day of arrival without prior cancellation, the tenant must pay the full agreed rent. The landlord reserves the right to rent the unused holiday apartment to someone else, if possible.
