I. Conclusion of Contract: This written confirmation constitutes a binding contract for both parties for the rental of a holiday apartment from Nils Schneider CN. Subletting or reletting is not permitted. Should the apartment be uninhabitable at the rented time due to force majeure, no compensation will be paid.

II. Maintenance of the Vacation Apartment 1. We always strive to provide you with a flawless apartment. However, if you discover any damage caused by previous tenants, please notify us immediately on the day of arrival so that it can be remedied immediately. 2. Any damage or missing items in the apartment caused by the guest or their fellow guests must be reported to us immediately for damage settlement. Any damage or missing items not reported will be subsequently invoiced to the tenant.

III. Pets and Smoking 1. The holiday apartments are non-smoking. 2. Pets are not permitted in the holiday apartments.

IV. Final Cleaning: Final cleaning by the provider is included as usual. This does not include cleaning kitchen utensils, loading the dishwasher, or disposing of garbage; this is the responsibility of the holidaymaker.

V. Payment 1. The full rental price is due immediately upon receipt of the written booking confirmation. For short-term bookings, the travel price must be paid immediately according to the information in the travel confirmation or upon arrival. 2. If no payment is made after a request for payment, the landlord is entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the landlord will charge the cancellation fees specified in Section 6. 3. The travel price includes all additional costs, such as energy costs, final cleaning, bed linen, and towels.

VI. Cancellation 1. Cancellations must be made in writing to the landlord. 2. Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days before the tenant's scheduled arrival. If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the scheduled arrival, the full rental price is due. 3. In case of no-show on the day of arrival without prior cancellation, the tenant must pay the full agreed rent. The landlord reserves the right to rent the unused holiday apartment to someone else if possible.

VII. Final Provisions 1. In general, the conditions defined in the house rules apply. The tenant accepts these and the fees charged for violations. 2. The personal data provided by the guest during the booking will be processed and stored electronically by the landlord. The data will not be passed on to third parties. 3. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. 4. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Regensburg. 5. Otherwise, the statutory provisions apply. 6. Should one of the above provisions be or become invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the purpose of the provision to be replaced.
